Terms of Service

Commissions are for non-commercial, personal use only. Reselling/ redistributing my art, significantly editing my art, using my art for NFTs, and training generative AI or similar technology using my art is prohibited.

Credit me if you use my art on another website.

I won’t draw:

• Complex mecha
• Gore (Ask about blood)
• NSFW/ sexual content
• Hateful content

I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

After sending you a sample sketch based on your form request, alterations can be made. Once your final sketch has been approved, no major changes (poses, outfits, etc.) can be made. Payment is expected in full once you’ve approved a final sketch, and a link to my Venmo will be provided.

You’ll receive an uncompressed digital file of your commission through email once it’s completed.

Please let me know if you would not like your commission to be used as an example in commission posts I make in the future.

Cancellation:

After your final sketch has been approved, a refund will not be provided (Except in the event that I’m unable to complete your commission).
